Definition:

A nonwoven spinneret is a metal component manufactured using high-precision processing technology, featuring numerous uniformly
sized micro holes (spinneret holes) on its surface.

In the spinning process of nonwoven production, polymer materials (such as PP,
PET, PA, etc.) that have undergone melting, mixing, and filtration are extruded through the spinneret holes under pressure to form
continuous filaments.

These filaments then undergo subsequent processes including drawing, cooling, web forming, and consolidation
to eventually become finished nonwoven products.

Fiber spinneret :
